- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping for orders over €50 to Portugal and Spain (Peninsula) and over €100 to all European Union countries.

Delivery Times:
- Tracking Your Order: All orders come with tracking information so you can keep an eye on your delivery.
- Delays: While we work hard to ensure your order arrives on time, unexpected delays due to customs, weather, or other external factors can occur. We appreciate your understanding in such cases!
Important Note: Rowzies is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are handled by your local government, so we recommend checking your country’s policies before placing an order.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope you adore every piece you purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:
- Start a Return: Contact us at info@rowzies.com or at WhatsApp with your order number. We’d love to hear what motivated your return—it helps us improve in every aspect!
- Timeframe: Returns must be requested and delivered to our company adress within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Conditions: To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition—unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds: Once we receive your return and confirm everything is in perfect condition, we’ll process your refund within 10 business days. Please allow an additional 3-5 days for the refund to appear in your account.
Shipping Costs for Returns: Customers are responsible for return or exchanges shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Faulty or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please email us with photos and your order number. As soon as we verify the issue, we’ll process your refund or replacement right away.
