What material is your jewelry made of?
We take pride in crafting 99% of Rowzies jewelry from premium stainless steel, plated with 18k gold using an advanced PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) technique. This process is 10x more durable than traditional gold plating, ensuring our pieces are tarnish-resistant, long-lasting, and 100% waterproof.
Important Note: If a product is made from a different material, this will be clearly stated in the product so you always know exactly what you're getting. Nevertheless, we always ensure you're getting the best quality pieces.
Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?
At Rowzies, we strive to create jewelry that’s not only bold and stylish but also comfortable to wear. The vast majority (99%) of our pieces are made from hypoallergenic materials like stainless steel, plated with 18k gold.
However, we do have one highly requested charm that is crafted from brass, plated with 18k gold, while its chain is made of plated stainless steel. We chose brass for this charm to achieve its unique design, as it wasn’t possible to create the same shape in stainless steel.
While brass offers durability and a beautiful finish, it’s not typically hypoallergenic. If you have sensitive skin or nickel allergies, we recommend choosing our stainless steel pieces, which are designed for everyday comfort.

Can I wear my jewelry in water?
Yes! 99% of Rowzies pieces are waterproof and sweat-proof, designed to withstand daily wear without losing their quality.
For pieces that are not waterproof, we provide detailed care instructions on the product page to ensure you can properly maintain them. Be sure to check the product description for specific information.
How do I take care of my jewelry?
Cleaning Tips:

Does all jewelry come with a warranty?
Warranty Policy
At Rowzies, we’re proud of the quality and durability of our jewelry. Every piece is crafted from stainless steel, which is waterproof and non-tarnishing for lasting beauty. For pieces that are not made of stainless steel, we provide a care guide directly on the product page to ensure the longevity of your jewelry.
What’s Covered:

- Tarnishing or discoloration due to material flaws (none expected with our stainless steel construction).
- Issues that arise from faulty production.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, delivery times are as follows:
- Spain and Portugal Peninsula: Between 24-48 working hours.
- Spain and Portugal Islands: Between 2 and 5 working days.
- European Union: Between 5 and 10 working days.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather, holidays, or customs processing. We strive to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible, but we appreciate your understanding in case of any unforeseen delays.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. For orders over €50, we offer free shipping to Portugal and Spain (mainland), and for European Union free shipping only applies to orders over €100.
You’ll be able to view the exact amount before completing your purchase at checkout.
Can I make changes to my order?
If you need to adjust your order, contact us at info@rowzies.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes before it ships.
What if I provided the wrong shipping address?
If your order has not yet shipped, email us immediately at info@rowzies.com, and we’ll try to update your address. If your order has already been shipped, unfortunately, we cannot make changes.
What if my package is lost or delayed?
Rowzies is not responsible for lost or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the carrier. However, if your package is taking longer than expected or appears to be lost, please reach out to us. We will do everything we can to help you track down the package and resolve the issue. You can check the tracking information or contact the shipping provider for updates, but rest assured, we’ll be by your side to assist you.
I used a discount code on my purchase. Will my refund include the discount?
Refunds are processed based on the amount paid after discounts. If you used a discount code, your refund will reflect the final amount paid, not the original price.

Can I return my order?
Yes, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. The item(s) must be in perfect condition, unworn, and in the original packaging. Please note that earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
How do I request a return?

Who covers the return shipping costs?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If your item is faulty, contact us at info@rowzies.com with clear photos of the issue. Once we confirm the defect, we’ll arrange a refund or replacement at no cost to you.
Can I return a single item from a bundle or set?
Bundles and sets are offered at a special discounted price. If you return only part of a bundle, the refund will be calculated based on the full price of the kept items, not the bundle price.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your return and confirm its condition, refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
