A quick note before you shop
We work with natural materials like shells, which means supply isn't always in our control. Sometimes there's simply no material available to produce more of a piece. So if you see one of your favorites in stock, don't wait, it might not be there when you come back. This is also why we rarely run sales: between low stock and pre-order pieces, most of what we make is already spoken for.
Why we do pre-orders
Rowzies pieces are handmade in small batches, not mass-produced. When you order a pre-order piece, you're getting something made with real care and attention, not pulled off a shelf. That's what makes it worth the wait.
How long will it take?
Every pre-order piece has its estimated timeframe listed right below the checkout button on the product page, so you always know what to expect before you order. Since each piece is different, timelines can vary, but the number you see there is what to expect.
Payment
Pre-orders are paid in full at checkout, just like any other order. This secures your piece and lets us start production for you.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes. You can cancel your pre-order at any time and you'll receive a full refund, no questions asked. We know plans change, and we want you to feel completely secure ordering with us.
Will I get updates?
You'll receive an order confirmation right after checkout, and from there we'll only reach out if something needs your attention. If the piece you ordered says (as an example) 5 weeks, that's the wait, we won't have updates to share before then, since that's simply how long production takes.

I ordered a pre-order piece and an in-stock piece together, how does shipping work?
Your whole order ships together once your pre-order piece is ready. If you'd rather receive your in-stock piece right away, place it as a separate order and we'll ship it in the usual timeframe, with your pre-order piece shipping on its own once it's ready.
Is my piece guaranteed once I order it?
Yes, once you place your order, your piece is made just for you. It's rare for anything to change, but if it ever does, we'll let you know right away.
Changed your address?
If your address changes while your pre-order piece is in production, email us at info@rowzies.com with your order number and your new address, and we'll update it for you.
Shipping
Once your piece is ready, it ships just like any other Rowzies order. You'll receive tracking as soon as it's on its way.
